I’m eating frozen strawberries. They are succulently red, watery, intensely sweet. These berries have been chemically engineered to have this exact amount of water in its bio-molecular structure. This berries have been submerge in #54 Cadmiun Red or perhaps Cherry Blast #75C. Drenched in corn syrup, the high fructose one, unnaturally sweet, just how we expect them too, how we like them. I’m not eating strawberries. Right now, I have no idea what I just bit into. Grossed out is a bit of an understatement. Fear, could be a way to describe it. Red Balls of fire.
